A WATERFORD man who was missing for over a week has tragically been found deceased.
An urgent appeal for help locating Martin Duggan was issued earlier this week after his family grew “concerned for his wellbeing”.
Martin was reported missing from his home in Waterford on Sunday, May 10.
The 52-year-old, who was described as 5ft 10inches in height and of a medium build with a shaven head, was tragically found dead today.
A statement from gardai said: “Following the discovery of a body of a male, 52-year-old Martin Duggan, who was reported missing from his home in Waterford, since Sunday, 10th May 2026, the missing person appeal has been stood down.
“Gardai would like to thank the media and public for their assistance.
“No further media action is required.”
